What kind of fund this is
An index fund that holds US Treasury bonds whose value is adjusted for inflation (TIPS).

The price here is the last trade on the IEX exchange before the 16:00 New York close. Shares of TIP trade on many exchanges at once and IEX handles only a small slice, so the official closing price published elsewhere can differ by a few cents. IEX publishes each day's data the next day, so this page is never live.
